A trip to the lake, yes, but in complete safety! This open water workout extends your pool water safety training to stagnant open water. In the Lake Module, the focus is on planning and risk analysis for safe lake excursions.
Lac Module
Prérequis
- Be at least 14 years old.
- Have Pool Safety training or a Base Pool Patent, as well as a BLS-AED-SRC-Complete with the status "valid" or "suspended".
- Be able to swim 300 m in the lake in a maximum of 10 minutes, including at least 1 minute in the dorsal position. Successful completion of the entrance exam is the prerequisite for being able to take the course

- People who stay on the shore, in or on a lake as supervisors of a group.
- People who spend their leisure or sports time on the shore, in and on the lake.

- The participant has passed the entrance exam, all lessons/teaching units and the exam
The Lac Module exam is passed if:
- the participant planned a swimming activity with a group in the lake using the “Planning an Open Water Activity” document;
- The rescue exercise was successfully completed;
- The walk50m lake rescue s with life belt or lifebuoy was successful.
