The course consists of Base Pool, BLS-AED and Plus Pool courses as a result.
It offers training in aquatic rescue and sheltering of victims as well as training and deepening in the main life-saving resuscitation measures, applied to adults as well as children
(The BLS-AED is recognized as "BLS-AED-SRC-Complete" by thee Swiss Resuscitation Council (SRC).

- Be at least 14 years old.
- Be able to swim 200 m in a belly position in 5 minutes maximum

- Group escorts in unsupervised pools.

Conditions d'Obtention
- the participant has passed the entrance exam, all lessons/teaching units and the exam.
The examination for the Base Pool Patent is passed when:
- the swimming test (100 m of swimming in a ventral position in less than 3 minutes) is passed;
- Participant actively participated in the Base Pool Rescue Exercise.
The BLS-AED is obtainedu when all lessons/teaching units and learning objectives are achieved.
The examination for the Patent Plus Pool is passed, when:
- a figure is delicately raised to the surface from a depth of 2.5 to 6 m and that first aid measures have been taken in accordance with the overview "Procedure in case of emergency" (fig.ant unconscious, breathing present).
- the Plus Pool rescue course is successful in maximum 2 minutes: Ask for help, start diving, swim 45 m in the ventral position, approach the figure underwater 5 m, recover at the surface from a depth of 1.8 m by the armpit grip, tow for 25 m using a rescue grip (neck or neck-forehead).
